My best advice is to contact Hotel Customer Service and file a formal complaint if the hotel did not resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Their email address is
[email protected]. No promises on the outcome, however.
When I looked at your reservation, the rate plan id was DAYBREAK, which means that it was a day use rate reservation. The database will always generate a next day check-out date on these day use rates as you cannot search it for less than a single day.
