I said fine, I got a $100 credit, so no big deal. Then they took it off anyway.
From reading this thread, though, I'm pretty sure they were wrong here. And I did get an Hyatt EQN for the night.
See my post above. I was also told to choose between FHR or Globalist benefit. I don’t think it’s how it’s supposed to be but seems like it’s been the case at multiple properties.
