It's been over a month since I booked a Southwest ticket by calling Business Platinum Travel Service and have yet to receive the rebate or email confirmation. I will call them within the next few days and report back.

Has anyone been successful in getting the 35% Platinum Business rebate when booking a Southwest flight using the Business Platinum Travel Service?
