I 100% agree that Air Canada was way ahead of its time with XM, but I disagree on the rest. The minute you turn down the aisle from the galley, you can tell by the design that it is dated. When it comes to those screens, you have to figure out where in the general vicinity of the mouse pointer you need to touch to select anything, and you can have a cup of coffee between the time you touch and the screen reacting. If you can even see the dim screen, it might as well be VHS resolution.

Excuse my negativity on that. The 321 refurbs look like a big leap forward, and I'm keen to see our first glimpse of the new J on the XLRs.
