Well, that's all kinds of miles - 1000 mile booking bonuses, P / EP 100% bonus, FLY04, EUR04, JAP04, iDine, the bank that shall remain nameless (lest I conjure up the ghost of AA FTers past,) the whole thing.

I miss those '04 mileage bonuses... they were good on several coach fares as well as higher ones, and were granted even on ineligible fares if one upgraded. ^ And I'm feeling a little vulnerable, with just under 500k left.
