The one I wish they would allow for milage earning/redemtion is IAD-LHR. If I don't want to change planes at JFK or BOS I have to fly UA or BA from IAD. I have more UA miles, so getting an upgrade is easier, but it's a real shame not to be able to earn about 6.5k eqm/eqp.
