I told them that on awards that should not apply. They didn't budge and then I pointed out I had two rooms for a total of 4 people. So they changed the reservation to two people each room. I was then assigned two regular club rooms (connected with a door) - when I pointed out that I paid extra for the larger room they said "but we upgraded the other room to make up for it" - I am LLT - I feel I would have gotten exactly that without $65 co-pay which I really think I should have been refunded.

Another thing that bothered me is that they charge for almost everything in the lounge - including sparkling water. Seriously?

I certainly would not stay there again
