I called flying blue to reset password. Chose a new password using computer browser with the link that was emailed to me. Deleted app from phone. Restarted phone. Installed KLM app. Accepted cookies. Rejected tracking. Accepted notifications. Logged in using "prefer to login with password". Now it works. Yay!
