We stayed at the IC Osaka in March. Originally we were planning on staying at the Conrad but I had some IHG points I wanted to use. I didn't have super high expectations coming in but my wife and I were pleasantly surprised! We had a room that was 2 levels up from the base room and it was very spacious and super clean. The spa was amazing, the best massage we've ever had, and the location is great. We also stayed at the Roku on the same trip and overall we liked the IC better.
