I was tempted to get in a stay for the double elite nights and bonus, so I emailed to check on benefits. It sounds a bit better than the recent reviews (here and Tripadvisor), at least regarding the restaurant breakfast.

Surprisingly, it seems to be fully booked often. I am guessing it is one of the few hotels in Kobe big enough to hold a good-sized conference.
1、Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite guests will be served breakfast at the buffet restaurant on the first floor.
Breakfast is not currently served in the lounge.

2、Upgrades cannot be guaranteed in advance, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

3、The Bay Club, a facility on the 5th floor, has an indoor pool.
Complimentary access to Bay Club for Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite and above.

4、The buffet restaurant on the ground floor was refurbished between February and March 2023.
All staff will do their utmost to avoid any inconvenience to customers.
