I read her the language, she says she knows what it says, but she had just gone through this with another passenger and their system will not allow them to book anything on any date until after the person has been a nominee for 72 hours.

Is this correct or do I need to do another HUCA? If the info is incorrect I'll just add my nominees now before I call again so they're in the system, but she was very insistent that this is how it works.
