In Feb 2024 I flew ITA segments on a KLM-marketed ticket with Skymiles number as Delta Platinum.
Only KLM segments got posted with no mentioning of ITA flights in the account history.
Missing miles request generated a standard reply “your flight has been credited already”
Delta agent on the support line gave me the same reply - “ITA flights are not eligible” - which contradicts the language on the Delta website for tickets marketed by all 3 airlines.

Until the recent Skymiles change one could at least see in the account history every flight, including the ones that weren’t eligible to receive miles. Now only the credited flights show up. So, you don’t know if it’s still a waiting game or if the algorithm disqualified your flight from credit.
