purely guessing from my side here: if it is based on regular maintenance schedule of when the airplane is ‘brought in’, then that would mean completion of the rollout to take about 3-4 months for entire fleet to have been done, since I recall somewhere that that is the average maintenance. I doubt there is a published maintenance schedule but if there is, that could be a good indicator which planes have been upgraded.
