How are the rooms? Older property that is generally well maintained and clean.

How is the exec. lounge? N/A

What was good and what was bad?

Good - Rooms are very large size. Property is in Center City near City Hall with good restaurants and Reading Terminal Market nearby. Good subway access. Above average HIX breakfast. No junk destination fee.
Neutral - While rooms are still very comfortable, the furnishings and decor are tired.
Bad - Nothing.

Other - If you don't need in and out privileges, the HIX Garage is available on SpotHero for a lower rate than booking directly with the hotel.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return? This was my 3rd or 4th stay at the property. You can't beat the location. It is almost always one of the most reasonbly priced Center City hotels. If you're looking for a budget friendly, family friendly, and clean place to stay in The Center City area it is hard to beat. I would stay again when in the area.
