It's still a good warning, though, that EK may not be reading UA's bag allowances. I wonder if there are any other experiences...
receipt says I should have 2 bags up to 70 lbs, but the cities and dates don’t jive with what I flew. I’ve had to change this ticket several times.
outbound flight was CLE-IAD-FRA-DXB-ISB. The night I left back in February the EWR-DXB nonstop was nearly fully booked in business a whole month before the trip, so with no upgrade possibilities, took the longer routing.
