Right, so I called the Concierge line and the agent told me that he could see my existing coupons and I will indeed get 'more' coupons to go with these as (he checked) I did indeed refresh on March 31st based on activity the previous 12 months. He said EI expect to drop the new coupons into the accounts for Concierge tomorrow and all members will be emailed when it's done.
