I assume that Grand Cayman-London would go through the US as you are envisioning it? If so, AA.com says that answer is still No. If you can route through Canada or Mexico, though, you can make it work.

Actually was looking at the GCM-NAS-London route. I.e. not going through the US. The confusion is that GCM is counted as domestic for such things as using sticker upgrades.
