So I contacted Diamond desk by email with an immediate answer. However, the agent suggested that my friend should write to [email protected].
I am about to ask William for help. How come that he disappears in the middle of an inquiry?

All in all very frustrating.
I contacted priorityletter both occasions and just got the standard response of you didn’t activate it (but I did).
