Yes!
Gifted Gold to a friend who on time activated that link. He dropped to Blue beginning of April.
He tried to address the issue via chat. There he was asked to contact customer service - no reply at all. I suggested to contact Diamond desk by email - no reply.
So I contacted Diamond desk by email with an immediate answer. However, the agent suggested that my friend should write to
[email protected].
I am about to ask William for help. How come that he disappears in the middle of an inquiry?
All in all very frustrating.
