Reaching a cs agent has been a frustrating test of patience. Waited 2h+ and then the system hung up on me. I feel like it's a long shot, but does anyone know if a ticket counter agent at the airport would be able to assist with an existing award ticket itinerary? Received an email from ANA saying that because of a flight time change, my itinerary no longer meets the minimum connecting time at my layover airport.
edit: nm. Waited 70m when I called at 3AM PT.
