If you transfer your credit card miles to a Flying Blue account which has never been used for "normal" flying, and make a redemption, you are very likely to have that ticket cancelled in the days after making the reservation. You may be able to get the ticket released if you are able to attend an Air France ticket desk (so presumably a visit to HKG airport might be able to "sort out" the issue). Flying Blue is not a welcoming programme for people using credit card transfers but never actually accruing FB miles via actual flying.
