Because, as already discussed in the thread, "medium priority" isn't all that compelling a pitch these days, such that it needs its own name, and the boarding order used to be one of the major customer exposures to it. If you're continuing to disaggregate benefits for the various levels of elites, an umbrella term may not be that useful anymore.
