I have the same issue can’t do anything

I tried logging in with my A/C number (which has worked for the past 10 years or so) and also with my email address - no joy, either way.

I'm assuming a temporary database glitch but I've requested an email to reset my password. Note that I was never presented with any options to set up my new credentials.

Update: Now, the error message has changed to, "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again or contact us." So, probably just wait a while ...
