AM there's known issues where FF# doesn't get put in right system place for AM to send. Having it print on BP doesn't mean it's entered correctly.
ITA is ITA. Can take forever.
Interestingly the AM fight from over 2 weeks ago just posted today, whlie I was on the phone about the ITA flights. So thats there. However, DL rep tried to say ITA not elgible then corrected herself and said she needs a 13 digit ticket number not the 15 digit one I am giving her but all I have is the one from ITA. She kept asking "did you buy this with ITA or DL". But it shouldnt matter who I bought it from.
So now I am filling out an online form on the Skymiles page and will send in a form for all 6 flights but I feel like they are going to say the same thing and say they dont recognize the ITA 15 digit flight number.
