Also "not possible" -- changing to have final destination of YOW because "it is not possible to combine business and economy cabins". See previous wow I miss being SE.

I guess I will just walk away from the second segment in YUL..
This doesn't make any sense, I can't understand how these agents keep screwing this up. You might try asking them to cancel the existing FLL-YUL and YUL-YYZ segments then add FLL-YOW.
