I purchased about $9,000 of Apple products on March 25th when the AA portal was offering 6x / 3x points. I received the tracking confirmation from AAdvantage e-shopping and it shows under my account. When I requested the missing miles as it has been 15+ days, they claim that they never received my tracking information despite the e-mails and confirmation in my account.
Any recommendations on what to do next? Phone number was worthless. Seems like I am not the only one who has had this happen to.
