What negative feedback could there be from your eyes, now that you're staying in it? IMO a private sauna is a fairly unique amenity, and as a primarily solo traveler or with a +1 at most, I'd probably appreciate that over a living room for a change of pace if nothing else.
The sauna does not work. Will try again tomorrow, but generally get the sense that the front desk staff are tying to be hip, but also priority number 1 is to get customers to go away haha. Otherwise the collector suite is much nicer to me. Its way warmer than the corner king rooms since there is no heat and much less wasted space.
Update: got the sauna working and its a nice sunny day so the patio area is a huge bonus. I think overall its a very nice room, however I can see how some would not call it a suite as its just a room with a very large outdoor space. A bit misleading to call it a suite, but overall its really much nicer than any of the other rooms (unless you need a bunch of hallway space).
