My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights on March 18-21, 2024
The first night we booked with my wife FNA ( 35K) top off w/ 3k + 400 yen tax. She only has Gold status, so no breakfast compliment for us.
For the next 2 nights, we booked with cash. 73,411 yen total. As Platinum, we had a complimentary breakfast choice.
I cannot comment on the gym and/or pool, as we went out most of the day. We checked on the lower floor, there is a Working Lounge. We came back in the evening and went in to get some drinks. Both times, we saw no one there. There is a soda machine and a coffee machine, but nothing else.
Breakfast is quite good with varieties of Japanese and Western foods.
We left our luggage at the hotel in the storage room as we went to Kyoto and Osaka with our carry-on suitcase. We came back and checked in, the staff retrieved our 2 suitcases, for our last night in Tokyo before heading home.
One of the reasons we stayed here is because we took the Limo bus from Narita and it stopped right in front of the hotel. We also used the bus on our way back to Narita airport on our last day. This way we don't have to take our luggage on the trains and/or use the Yamoto delivery.
So, it's quite convenient to stay here.
