Already downgraded mine a while ago. Got a companion voucher available but can’t see it getting used to be honest. As I don’t have a mountain of Avios I need to use the lower RFS option.

Example - Going out to Singapore i’d need to use all of my Avios (85,700) + £4,800. Unless you are Avios rich, I can’t really see the value here. I’d rather fly with my preferred airline for the same price and earn miles.

For me, the free Amex is still great. Good service and I earn enough Avios to regularly fly BHD-GB to see my family.
