Like I said over on Facebook, the ambiguous language strikes again.
Based on guest feedback, we’ll be sunsetting American Airlines systemwide upgrade vouchers beginning in 2025, while we continue to invest in other ways to provide improved access to and utility of your Alaska Air upgrade benefits.
So does that mean no more codes next year? Or does it mean next years codes (at the "beginning of the year") will be the last ones?
WHO is approving this language? Make it clear. "This will be the last time this benefit is offered" or "We will not be proving this benefit after 2024". Why use "sunset" and bring 2025 into the mix? It's like a bad wedding planner wrote this.
