(EF also shows LANDED 2131 and ARRIVED 2136. The latter is the same time BA's status page shows, i.e. just under three hours late.
Thank you so much, both. This is very much appreciated. I've just realised that the scheduled time from BA was adjusted from 1735 UTC to 1740 UTC after I made my booking but at some point before my departure date - so won't be bothering with seeking compensation on this one. Thanks again.
