With that said, a SP traveler will still board with First Class because they think that's priority. Gate agents will continue to allow parents with small children to pre-board even through they are supposed to board after Zone 2.
Gate agents will continue to announce boarding orders incorrectly because it changes so often even they're confused.
The pillars that were tested out honestly made things worse. First of all at many gates, there wasn’t enough room for them and seats had to be taken out of hold rooms to make room. Second, they actively encouraged gate lice by encouraging people to line up ahead of time and crowded the gate area worse.
