All Qatar Airlines lounges require at least a J ticket right ? Looking for lounges that also accept OWE in Y since my travel is 50/50 C or Y.

Thanks ! Might have a trip to NRT in Dec. Any idea how much earlier I'm allowed to enter ? MH71 (2230 departure). A few years back I remember there being 2 Sakura Lounge and 1 CX lounge in NRT. Also for MH71 so CX was already closed. Visited as OWS and only remember the Sakura lounge had self pour draft Kirin (or was it Asahi?) apart from that don't remember any other "unique" features.
