I think you are missing the point here and why OP created this thread. The Singapore website policy states that you can not book a flight departs within 72 hours of adding a nominee. It does not say you have to wait 72 hours to make any booking with a new nominee. Policy is policy; but what the Singapore support staff are saying is not stated anywhere.
