I had FDF-DCA on July 2 then DCA-DFW-OGG on 11/28 in business. Was originally 27.5k. I couldn't change online due to a schedule change. I called and changed it to FDF-DCA on Nov 17 and kept the OGG part the same. They charged me 5k more miles per person. But it took over an hour and like 3 different people to do it.
