I have been trying to find out information regarding the transit accommodation since nobody answers upon calling the customer care number in China. I am flying from Vientiane to Jakarta via Kunming and have a 12 hours and 40 min stopover in Kunming. It will be a night layover and I just am unable to find out how to find information regarding the accommodation options. Have you sorted it out please?
