Always good when someone has such a good experience while travelling that it makes them actively seek out how they can have that experience at home. Two examples from me (both related to Turkish food - maybe I'm addicted!): 1. Discovered sucuk at a breakfast buffet in Istanbul, now buy it from a Turkish grocery store near where I live. 2. Discovered a Turkish restaurant in Kayseri where they wipe pitta bread on the chicken doner and serve it with dips while you're waiting or your actual order. The taste is incredible! Have requested this at a restaurant near home.
