This announced double-whammy (annual fee and annual spend increases) makes uncomfortable reading. For a lot of BAPP card holders it will be spend, spend, spend before 1 November when the £15k trigger kicks in. No more putting the card in the drawer.

I hope that Barclaycard do not follow suit with increases.
