Last 10 days :
11:15pm, 8:32pm(!), 9:59pm, 8:43pm, 10:21pm, 12:03am, 9:08am, 9:08am, 10:26pm, 10:00pm (today, scheduled but will likely be later)

So on-time (within 15 minutes) exactly once in the past 10 days.
