I just called them and the agent said she couldn't see any availability in her system. I suggested that maybe they hadn't loaded the route, but she claims they could see the flight (UA 730). I tried explaining that the flight is bookable through every other *A partner, but I don't think she understood what I was getting at. I'm just gonna wait to hear from the online complaint filed, and hopefully that occurs before the Citi transfer bonus period ends on Apr 13, because I'm not gonna risk transferring any miles without knowing whether I can use them.
