What are you connecting to and from? It sounds like you're doing a SK-to-SK connection, in which case SK would be the ones responsible for rebooking you if there's a delay and resulting misconnect. The operating carrier, not the ticketing carrier, is the one responsible for rebooking during day-of-travel irrops.
