Sorry to be a noob, new to mileage earning game.

Wondering if any of you have experience earning miles on Star Alliance Partner Carrier and credit to KrisFlyer account?
More specifically in my scenario Traveling from KUL-IST-LHR in Business class.

Per TK website, mileage accrual for J booking class is 5,188 base miles and bonus of 1,815 making a total of 7,003 Miles.
However, only 5,212 miles are being credited to my KF account.

Is this because (SQ-KF ) a third party programme, I am not eligible for the "bonus" portion of the accrual?

Any info is appreciated.
