Meal was either a cheese and tomato warm French stick cut in two or a beef and tomato. Quite tasty.

In Rio now. Huge long taxi around vast airport with hardly any aircraft. 90% of the gates were empty with some GOL planes at a few gates. I don't know if seasonal , a quiet time or the airport was a vanity project.

No wifi between on the short leg ( either intentional or not I don't know ) but there is airport free WiFi that I in row 1 and my girlfriend in row 2 can get. I suspect the further you get from the terminal the less likely you are to pick it up.

cleaners on the aircraft. About 70% of the club cabin have got off. I do wonder given this is treated as a club Europe type service why they gave out bedding packs as the cleaners have taken off huge bags full of used bedding and pillows.

The crew from Argentina are still on the aircraft. There is no drinks service but that may or may not change pre departure.

Crew from Argentina off ( who were a bit miserable to be honest ) and a very happy and bouncy crew just got on. In flight lead is Rob and all I can say is maybe I need to spend a few nights in Rio if I can get on an afternoon flight in as good as mood as he is !


the crew duty is 6 nights. Night 2 is Rio night 6 is the leg back to London.
