Well that's annoying...

If they've been charging KLM £55 a visit, no wonder it took so long to get the contract running. That's an insane price for a tiny lounge with very average amenities.

The airport website says the escape lounge is closed 10-24 April (I guess a refurb), and 1903 lounge "from 25 April".

Here's hoping we'll be able to access the Escape lounge without delay.
