Came back to say this!! I had a 12 night stay booked, stayed there for 4 consecutive nights and felt a huge deterioration in my mental health.
I'm in middle of moving so was planning on being there for the rest of the week, with my WFH set up and all. For me, the immediate area is really depressing: in one direction you walk over the highway to get to the strip (major sensory overload), the three other directions are busy roads in the dessert with no parks, no greenery. While the rooms are decently nice, the public areas are downright depressing and dingy. I think if you have a car and can drive to parks or nature nearby then you may be in a better position, but I felt sick and disgusted after a few days and basically picked the first flight out and left yesterday.

For your own sanity, I definitely would not recommend staying more than a few days imo
