I’m in Kuala Lumpur at the moment. I just made a last-minute booking to Singapore that will start in about 10 hours. I tried to make an initial booking. I put in my credit card details and got to the last page. I click submit. After waiting about 30 seconds for the booking to be finalized, I got an error message telling me BA’s system couldn't book it. So I tried again and same error message. I had no idea what was going on. I got no emails from BA whatsoever.

Just out of curiosity, I logged into my BAEC account and I was surprised to see two KUL-SIN bookings for later today. I just checked in for one of the flights. I have Avios deducted for both bookings and my credit card is charged twice. Now what?
