I have been trying to reset my password for my Iberia Plus account without success. I have gone through the steps to reset the PIN, get a message saying: "We've sent an email to the address linked to your profile with instructions on how to reset your password." The reset email never shows up. I've been through this process 5+ times with the same result. I have phoned Iberia repeatedly to be walked through the steps again utilizing "https://contacto.iberia.com/", but once again the reset password email is never received. I created the Iberia account months ago but had no reason to access it until recently and now I can't get into the account. Anyone have any suggestion?
