For a CNX to BKK flight in booking class Z, I was only paid 365 miles, the actual number of miles flown, not 500 miles.

I am not a member of Royal Orchid Plus, the miles were paid to a Star Alliance partner. I am Star Alliance Gold.

Thai Airways tried their best to not pay me any miles at all, not crediting the miles automatically and making it very difficult and time consuming to claim. The correct FF number was provided on my booking.
