Angry Non delivery of luggages

Iberia did not manage to remit our luggages to my husband and myself during our short stay in Granada...
We've been travelling from Geneva to Granada through Madrid, Business class, on thursday the 28 of March 2024 back in April 1st in Geneva.
I've been calling twice a day to the Service Client in Granada, which is usually fitted to organize the "reparto" of the luggages to the clients.... and we've spent the whole week without our luggages... getting nervous with these people on the phone explaining that we need to be patient and that the luggages are currently remitted to a thrid company mandated to bring back the luggages to the passengers...
my husband who is having a medical treatment for blood pressure and heart issues did not get his medications during the 5 days... !
you won't believe that, this is when we went to the Granada airport to fly back to Geneva on Monday the 1st of April, that the women the person at the baggage check-in desk was surprised that my husband didn't have his suitcase any more, and asked us to follow her to the customer information desk at the airport, asking us to see if he could find his among the 6 suitcases in the desk. Obviously, the suitcase had been there for 5 days and no one had asked us to come and get it or offered to take it back to our address in Granada..... remember that we were travelling in Business Class....
Shame... frankly, we will never fly again with Iberia...
