As a newly minted Platinum (OWE), excited to be trying out some of the First Lounges for the first time. I've been in the First Lounge at KLIA when KUL-SIN were still defined as First Class (no C) , but apart from that nothing else.

My preference would be to fly MH, as I'm not based in KUL and will need to connect, hence this thread will be focusing mainly on MH or flights which connect with MH.

In my experience some lounge downsides of using MH :

Singapore T2, no OW lounge. British and Qantas in T1 and Cathay in T4. Only been to T1 when MH operated out of there during the pandemic, and not too sure I would allocated more time just to try British First Lounge as it looked pretty small.

LHR T4, Gulf Lounge unless traveling in J then the fantastic Qatar Lounge. T3 with Cathay, British and American, only visited as OWS ... are any of these worth a visit ? Easy enough to do a European transit to get more time air-side in LHR.

Just wondering if anyone would post which lounges experiences they have enjoyed, in particular as OWE ? I've read some blog posts which state Cathay in Hong Kong and Qantas in Sydney. Not going to make any dedicated trip just to lounge hop, but it may influence my traveling patterns !
